• Content you create — captures and creations saved in the App, which are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share them.

• To enable gesture- and voice-driven visual effects.
• To operate and provide the App's features.
• To analyze usage trends and improve the experience.
• To maintain the stability and performance of the App.

3. Storage and Sharing

• We do not gather personal identifiers such as your name, email address, or contacts.
• Content you save stays on your device unless you choose to share it.
• We do not sell your data.
• We may use third-party analytics services; these do not access personally identifiable information.

4. Your Rights

You can delete saved content at any time, and you can revoke camera or microphone permissions through your device settings.

5. Data Protection (Hong Kong PDPO)

Philomuse Limited is based in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and we handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong ("PDPO"). Consistent with the PDPO's data protection principles, we collect only the data needed to operate the App, use it for the purposes described in this policy, keep it no longer than necessary, and take reasonable steps to protect it. Where you are located in a jurisdiction with additional data-protection laws (such as the EU/UK GDPR), we honor the rights available to you under those laws, including the rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.
