Romi is a mobile application, operated by Philomuse Limited, that lets users trigger interactive visual effects through hand gestures and voice commands, and save their creations. By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.
The App is intended for users aged 18 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
The App allows you to trigger visual effects using real-time gestures and voice, save your creations to your device, and enjoy a hands-free creative experience. Features may change at any time without notice.
You agree not to:
All intellectual property associated with the App — including its visuals, technology, and branding — belongs to Philomuse Limited. You retain ownership of the content you create, but you may not use Romi's assets commercially without our permission.
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle information. The App does not collect personally identifiable information unless you choose to share it.
The App offers optional paid features, including auto-renewing subscriptions (Romi Premium and Romi Guest Premium) and one-time consumable purchases (Bronze coins). All purchases are sold and processed through the Apple App Store and billed to your Apple ID.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App for violations of these Terms or for misuse of the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Philomuse Limited disclaims responsibility for any damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Hong Kong SAR), without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under its administered arbitration rules in force at the time. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect signals your acceptance of the updated Terms.
